Earlier today, the Nigerian Police launched a search for a man who was seen in a viral video kissing a small girl.
The man who was later identified as Adeyeye Oluwatosin Babatunde, and a Botany student of Lagos State University was then arrested by men of the state’s police command.
In the video making rounds online, the man was seen “inappropriately” kissing his 3 year old stepsister.
He made the video on June 2, 2020 in their home in Shagamu and posted it on his Instagram page.
Although the boy later apologized alongside the girl’s mom who said he kissed her because of the bond they share.
His apology was blatantly rejected by online users, hence police was involved.
Babatunde was arrested by the police, today, June 5 at about 11am.
He has subsequently been handed over to the State Criminal Investigation Department, Yaba for prosecution in Court.
